Typically, we think of gamification in context with consumer engagement. However, it can also help to train, educate and motivate employees. Likewise, it can adapt to development of formal education, with many higher education schools employing gamification everyday.
Gartner, a technology research firm, predicts that more than 70 percent of the Forbes Global 2000 organizations will have at least one gamified application by the end of this year.
